I don't think this one is supercharged although the driver should be charged with something and as for the cameraman what can you say  3419

less than 48 hours to the big off. The car is nearly all packed. Last minute checks being done tomorrow water, oil, fuel, etc.
And then we set to meet TVR, Easy and Stick at the Tavern at 05:00  eek
Robbo is my co driver  codriver so I hope to get to Paris as about 16:00

I am not saying too much at this time, but Robbo apears to have forgotten to read the rule book lately and may well fall foul of rule number 10  highfive

The excitement is building.... Ladbrooks are giving MR Recovery odd of 5/1 on reaching the camp site in once piece and not on the back of a tow truck!!  Mechanic  stirthepot

Well it looks like I should have taken the 5/1 odds as I made it to Le Mans and back with no major issues.
Yes I know I used about 8 litres of oil due to a slight leak, but Bills mate Andy has just returned from the classic and he used in Gallons what I used in litres - so I am considering that to be a sucesss  applause

Thanks to Mr Sparks the 928 now has a nice new set of wheels, they were a bit scuffed and every spoke was marked. However with a couple of sheets of wet n dry they started to look the right shape, two further cans of pretty silver paint and laquer now have them looking good. In adddition to this I Mr Sparks left a can of brake caliper paiht in the rear of his  my cari, so I have now chaved my brake calipers by painting them red. Mostly because they looked pretty crap in rusty cast iron when viewed through the new wheels.
I will post a picture soon.
